Free 1:1 Consulting
Your own consultant, one-on-one
Free 1:1 Consulting is run by the Foundation for Agentic Networks (FAN), a nonprofit spun out from MIT to accelerate Project NANDA and working to build an open agentic web. It pairs a small business with one volunteer consultant, a student or tech professional from schools and communities including MIT, Harvard, Northeastern and more.
They meet for about three hours, at the business or on a call. Together they map the owner's week and choose one job to hand to an AI agent. Over the following week, the volunteer or the FAN team sets up that agent. There is no cost. We focus on small businesses with 5 to 20 employees and no tech team, helping them get ready for the agentic era.
Who you'll work with
One consultant, your business
Not a group session or a webinar. One person sits down with you, at your business or on a call, and works on your problem.
People who donate their time
Our consultants are students and tech professionals from schools and communities including MIT, Harvard, Northeastern and more. They volunteer because they want small businesses to win.
A nonprofit, not a vendor
It costs $0 and there is nothing to buy. If an agent isn't the right fit yet, we'll say so and point you at what is.
How it works
- 1
Your week, mapped
We walk through the work that fills your week and pick the one job worth handing to an agent first.
- 2
Your first agent, planned
We sketch it together: what it does, what it takes to set up, and what to leave alone for now.
- 3
We take it from here
The building happens on our end. After the meeting we do the setup work and come back to you with it.
Request your consultant
Three fields. A real person follows up to match you with the consultant who best fits your business and find a time.
We'll get back to you personally. This isn't automated yet.
