SMB Events

Nothing here starts from a product roadmap. Every event exists to identify the real work small businesses do, prove AI-assisted versions of it with real owners, and train the people who will carry it forward. Come with a workflow; leave with it working.

SMB Workforce Development Discovery Session

As part of the Massachusetts AI Skills Guide Initiative, we are convening a discovery session with people who work closely with small businesses — trainers, chamber and SBDC staff, workforce development leaders, engineers, and other ecosystem partners.

AI is evolving rapidly, but small businesses are adopting it at very different speeds. To build effective workforce programs, training, and support, we need a clearer understanding of what business owners are actually experiencing. Together we will map who is adopting AI and who is being left behind, where owners get stuck, the barriers they raise, the tools gaining traction, and the training and support that actually move owners forward.

Convened by the Massachusetts AI Skills Guide Initiative, with assistance from the Foundation for Agentic Networks.

Train the Trainers

A program that certifies human trainers to deliver workflow training themselves, so the work no longer depends on any one team. Trainers are the multiplier that carries this from a hundred businesses to thousands.

Seasonal

Summer Training Program

A repeatable, seasonal engine for onboarding businesses and students at volume — designed so that every summer a new wave of trainers and businesses joins the agentic web.
